Your annual subscription includes access to up to two NCCE LearningVault courses at any one time. When you have completed an NCCE LearningVault course, you can begin another. Some NCCE LearningVault courses have specific entry requirements or placement requirements, please ensure that you check the entry and placement requirements before you choose your course. Once you have enrolled on the NCCE LearningVault membership, our team will contact you within the working day to confirm which course(s) you would like to enrol on first. You will then be set up with a personalised portfolio for each course and given access to the next steps to get started on each course. Membership fees will be taken by Direct Debit on day of renewal, one year following your initial sign up payment. You will receive a link to sign your Direct Debit agreement. Please note, due to the membership nature of the NCCE LearningVault, if you miss a payment or you cancel your Direct Debit, your access to the courses will be revoked and you will not be able to complete your learning on the course. Your membership needs to remain active until your final unit of the final course you are undertaking is completed and passed. Our marking turnaround times are 3-5 working days. NCCE closes for assignment submissions for a portion of December and August, but your learning materials will still be accessible for you to continue working. NCCE LearningVault qualifications all require submissions of poirtfolios of evidence and are subject to an assessment and marking process and an Internal and External Quality Assurance process before certifcates are awarded by the awarding organisation. NCCE LearningVault members access the same resources as NCCE Learners who pay the standard course fees, including access to interative remote learning resources, as much tutor support as is required by email and by Zoom video calls. Courses not included in the NCCE LearningVault course list page are not included in the membership.
